In this class hosted by The Real Cake and Bake Company in Hedge End and taught by our fabulous and experienced tutor, Julie Hancock, you will learn how to make sweet shortcrust pastry, prepare a fabulous festive cinnamon, apple and mincemeat filling and top your tarts with melt-in-the-mouth crumble topping.
The class is suitable for beginners and for those wishing to perfect baking techniques – no experience is necessary. It will be a fun and informal class with lots of opportunity to pick Julie’s baking brain!
